A blog post about how what we think we ‘should’ and ‘should not’ do actually sets off our stress response system.
I guess the title says it all. This is a blog post about some parenting books I think are pretty great.
A blog post about parenting imperfectly, screwing up, forgiving yourself and then repairing the relationship with your child. In other words 'A blog post about parenting'. That's it. That's parenting.
There can be high expectations to do this child rearing thing just right. You don't have to. You can't. Could it be better to accept that, relax, and do a 'good enough' job?
